The lotion remains one of my favroties. But the 32 oz container? Why fix what wasn’t broken? The new design is not user-friendly at all. Did you test it before replacing the tried-and-true design?
The pump is nearly impossible to use if you have any lotion on your hands (um, which you will when using lotion...). Its sloped shape makes your fingers slide right off. I had to stick a piece of grip tape I found in the garage to the top of the pump. It looks terrible, but at least it works.
Also, the old container had a screw top. This one doesn’t, so once the pump stops reaching the bottom, who knows how much lotion will be wasted?
Back to the drawing board, please.

i love the body butter and have been using it for years but the new style container for the 32 oz is extremely difficult to use and i wish the old container was available. i feel like i can't get the most lotion out of this new style. very sad!

I prefer the older style container that is shown on the web site.
The screw off top allows you to use ever last bit of lotion as you get to the bottom of the container.
I leave a spoon inside to ensure I don't waste any of this wonderful product.
The new design does not allow you to take off the top. There will be a lot of lotion inside that you will be unable to access and utilize.
